Ha! I found it. On the Mac it’s at : ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.BKAgentService/Data/Documents/iBooks/Books but it only shows up if you’ve opened the book on the Mac. There is also a plist/metadata file. Half the problem solved… #apple $books

I’m digging around the Apple Books thing. It looks like books you purchase from the Apple book store aren’t stored locally, unlike things which you import into Books which are. Grrr! This is like DRM… And if they are stored locally, they are well hidden… #books #apple #failure

Good morning. Be they eye of the storm around you. Time for the ceremonial coffee.

It turned out delicious. Nice crumb. Nice and soft with a crunchy crust. Definitely sharp cheddar/onion flavor. I didn’t slice deep enough to get to the roll/striations unless they baked into the dough. Easy to make. #sourdough #baking
