Ok, despite my personal failure, the bread is a success. It didn’t rise much and has a really dense crumb, but it’s soft and mildly sweet (surprisingly, the extra cup of sugar didn’t make it cloying.). It will go nicely with deli meats and spicy things. #baking #sourdough
