Envy is just a form of jealousy. Who are you jealous of? The rich, powerful, or the celebrities? Jealousy is a form of self-deprecation and degradation. You are complete as you are. You can be better, without using those you are jealous of as role models.

— Be a better human.

Stop making the same promises/resolutions you make every year but never accomplish. Accept that if you were going to do it, you would have done it by now. Focus on what you know will achieve and on improving what you can.
