I just cracked open my beet citrus saison. Wow! Best thing I’ve brewed. Beet earthiness, citrus comes through, with a lot of hop bitterness at the end. No, it’s not red. The beets dulled down to a brownish cast in the fermentation. It looks more like a red ale than a saison. #brewing #beer
