Observed: The same person ordered a cheese pasta. He then told the server. “Grind cheese until you get tired.” End result. A mountain of cheese reminiscent of the “Close Encounters” mashed potatoes scene. Gah. I’m not doing CPR. #writing #character

Observed: I just saw someone order a salad, then waited for the server to completely empty the fresh-ground-cheese-mill on top of it. There was a 50/50 split between salad and cheese. I hope the person knows a good cardiologist. #writing #character
