Really a moist and light cake but probably not healthy (10 oz of butter and 14 whole eggs.). Next time, I’ll omit the crushed hazelnuts, and cut back on the eggs and butter and line the pans with parchment. #baking

OK. the hazelnut cake came out great, but it didn’t really survive coming out of the non-stick pan despite buttering and flouring. #baking
