One of my first programs was a Star Trek game written, in college, in BASIC using a teletype hooked up to a DG Eclipse. Rumor had it that Gene Roddenberry actually saw it and approved it. I should dig up the purple-paged source code I have somewhere, and the article I wrote and published in a game mag. It was a mix of the “classic” Star Trek game and interactive dialogue based on the original series.
