Archimage’s Continuity

Why isn’t there a Keno with Nekos?

Now that the editor template can read my migrated data, it’s time to wire up the ability to make changes and persist them. I’ll do that next week. #iPadOS #SwiftUI

I like when I refactor my code, but I’m always concerned a new/future feature will require the old code structure… (it’s not about testing). #programming

Now that #Phillyete is over, tomorrow, I will focus on getting back into my rut with some new-fangled knowledge.

The refactoring menu in #XCode doesn’t seem to do much with #SwiftUI. I tend to refactor manually, as a result. I’d also like a utility to sort things in a single file alphabetically. It would solve a lot of “could not be completed…” compiler type errors. #programming

I dipped my toe into Combine this morning. It simplified a bunch of code as a result. Nice. I’m just using it at its very basic level. #iPadOS #swiftui #combine

Commit after every code change seems excessive, but it appears to work nicely given the tooling. Too bad it’s just Java, it seems. #programmng #phillyete

I still want a “return if else” in #Swift. It would simplify code a ton. #programming

Story idea: “The Drunk” A man gains superpowers whenever he gets drunk, but always passes out before he can save anyone. He fights for consciousness and self-esteem when his family is placed in peril. #writing

I missed a lot of posts during the past few days. It’s time to try to catch up.

Story idea: “Relations” Two women discover they are long-lost sisters and are married to the same man who knows their relationship. #writing

It’s time to find some food.

Time to do some iOS stuff before PhillyETE today.

Happy National Beverage Day

Good morning. Pick it up before you wind it down on Friday. Time for the ceremonial coffee.

I just found my stash of chocolate.

Plan for tomorrow: iOS #phillyete reading free-writing

I forgot i could do introspection in Swift. That will make some thing easier. #swift

OK. Time to collapse after another day of #phillyete

Excellent content as always at #phillyete this year.

Another info-packed day at #phillyete
