Assume a productive day of 7 hours. What if you only scheduled tasks that took more than half an hour? What about tasks that took less than hour? Assume you could get them all done in 2. That leaves 5 hours. A maximum of 10 tasks per day. If more than 10, you’re going to fail. How many do you have?
