Ok. Gyoza are tasty. Even if the whole-wheat wrappers came out a bit thick and therefore gummy. Next time I’ll use normal flour. #cooking #food

Ok the wrappers are a bit too dry despite being pliable. They’re not holding up to pleating. I guess next time I won’t use whole wheat flour. #cooking

Wrappers done. I have no idea how thick they are supposed to be. I’m guessing thinner than I made them. But at least they hold together. Time for the filling. #food
